Duke Slater to sell 8-story condo tower in Brooklyn
Duke Slaters new 8-floor condo tower is set to open in Brooklyn on April 19, 2019, according to developer David Mancuso.
The tower will have 8 stories and is scheduled to open at the corner of 15th Street and 6th Avenue.
The building will feature five apartments, five townhouses and will feature a ground floor fitness center.
The tower is located at 631 West 15th St., at 14th and 14th Streets.
David Mancuseo has been selling Duke Slates new 7-story condominium tower for some time and has built some of the tallest residential towers in the world, but it is the 8-Story Condominium Tower that is really bringing his brand of luxury to the New York City area.
“Duke Slater is a master builder with an amazing portfolio of high-end condominiums,” said MancUSO.
“I have always loved the beauty of the Manhattan skyline and the history and heritage of the Lower East Side and Brooklyn.
The 7-Story condominium is one of the most spectacular buildings in the Lower Manhattan area and we are very excited to bring this iconic building to New York.
We have designed the building to offer the best in amenities and features, including a fully-equipped fitness center and outdoor deck.
It is our vision to create a high-quality apartment complex that brings people together, not just in one-bedroom apartments, but in one large apartment.”
Duke’s 7-Struggle Condominium is slated to open for occupancy on April 18, 2019.
Duchess of York, the Duke Slager’s former daughter-in-law, is also a member of the Duke family.
