How to Survive The Bikini Death Of Your Husband
The day after he died, a woman in her 50s who had recently been married to her husband for six years found herself in a state of shock.
She was unable to give birth and the baby had not yet turned two months old.
“I was so distraught, and I just started crying, and that’s when I was really freaking out,” she said.
“And then I was just shaking.”
“I’m so glad that I went and found this nurse, because I didn’t know how I was going to handle it,” the woman, who asked to remain anonymous, told CBS News.
“It was scary, and it’s very hard to take care of somebody who’s been in this position for six or seven years.”
She found a nurse on Facebook who could help her.
That nurse told her that she could use her husband’s milk, and he also had to get a special formula from the store.
The woman decided to give it to her, knowing that she needed to keep it.
“If it wasn’t for the nurse, I don’t know if I would have done it,” she recalled.
“The nurses have been amazing.”
The nurse said that the patient was able to drink the milk, but that the baby didn’t appear to be well.
The nurse said she was also able to give the baby formula and to give her a bottle to drink.
“When she had the baby, she was so excited,” the nurse said.
She said that it was “awesome” to give another person the same thing, because “they’ve already been through that.
She’s going to be okay.”
The hospital told CBS affiliate KATU that the nurses were able to save the baby’s life.
